Maintenance
Burns CM can provide high quality maintenance and repair for every aspect of your facility. Our maintenance department is made up of highly qualified professionals and certified welders able to handle any size project. In order to give you an idea of what we can do, here is a list of some of the projects we are called upon most often:
- Floor Repair: underlayment, VCT, ceramic tile, concrete, carpet tile and epoxy
- Doors: installation & repair of fire doors, emergency doors, man doors, and roll-up doors
- Carpentry: custom millwork, studding-out walls, sheetrock, spackle, tape, painting, and ceiling tiles
- Metal Work: metal repair and welding of racking systems, shelving, and custom fabrication of sales floor & backroom protection and guards (ie - exposed sprinkler systems, hot water heater and pipes)
- Building Repair: roof repair (including leaks and flashing), exterior painting, window caulking, loading docks & dock seals, retaining walls, and receiving areas
- Parking Lots: pothole repair, cart corral repair & installation, sidewalk repair & caulking, installation & maintenance of in-ground parking sensors, and sign installation and repair
- Safety Hazards: emergency response to calls about safety hazards at your facility that pose a threat to your customers
